Quran Classes for Adults: frequently asked questions
Am I too old to learn the Quran?
Never. We teach adults of every age, including complete beginners in their 50s, 60s and beyond. Adults often learn faster than children because they are motivated and understand the rules quickly.
I am a complete beginner. Can I join?
Yes. Many adult students start from the Arabic alphabet. Your tutor begins with the Noorani Qaida and moves at your pace in completely private lessons.
How long does it take an adult to learn to read the Quran?
With three 30-minute lessons a week and a little daily practice, most adults can read the Quran within 2–4 months, and read fluently with Tajweed within 6–9 months.
Can I take classes early in the morning or late at night?
Yes. Our tutors teach around the clock, so you can schedule classes before work, during lunch, late at night or at weekends in your own time zone.
How much do online Quran classes for adults cost?
Plans start from $20 per month for two 30-minute one-to-one classes a week, and longer 45 or 60-minute lessons are available. Your first classes are free.
